Question regarding the database to CSV dump feature
Hello!
Hopefully someone will be able to clear this up. A friend of mine created a tool that takes in data from the games CSV dump (the players_scouted_ratings.csv to be exact) and it was originally created with OOTP24. On the data he provided me with from his OOTP24 save, the ratings are provided on the csv on the 1-250 scale (which is what his tool is configured to need) HOWEVER when i dump my CSV files from OOTP25, it gives me the ratings on the 20-80 scale, which is my in game setting but I can't find a way to alter that to the 1-250 scale anywhere. Am I missing something here? Any clarity would be greatly appreciated! Cheers EDIT - Just went back to OOTP24 to check, the dump from that game is on the 1-250 scale by default, I checked no additional settings. Was this a change made with OOTP25? Is there a way to amend it, trying to convert all the ratings programmatically will be incredibly time consuming. |
I think this was a change with the OOTP25.
For one, the underlying ratings in 25 go to 550 instead of 250. I'm not sure why specifically it switched to the in-game scale instead of the underlying scale...but my guess is that might be Online League related? |
