Game Tab / Settings Gone?

I don't see the Game Tab anymore with all of it's settings controls. I used player photos instead of FaceGen and there was a parameter where you could set the game to look for a photo first before using FaceGen.
I guess the Game tab is not there in Drive for the Pennant mode, but it's there for other game modes.

It is under Game>Game Settings>Facegen
