Drive for the Pennant questions
 

Hello, I had a few questions about the Drive for the Pennant mode:

If, for instance, I started this mode as, say, 1940 Brooklyn Dodgers, would I be able to continue on every year with them after the first season in the same mode? Would I be able to call up minors players or draft new players?

After the first season, the game shifts to a "normal" game. You can choose to run it in recalc mode or with the development engine, but it does switch out of Drive for the Pennant mode.

Well, darn. I guess I could do my usual franchise play then, simming to the 8th inning every game and then playing the rest of the game if the score is close. I was hoping the Drive mode could be used every year with a continuing team...

I am almost certain OOTP have a roadmap of future improvements and they are intentionally delaying implementing some of them. It was current season in 25, any season in 26 and probably multiple seasons will be available in 27. It makes no sense they did not make all these functionalities available in 25.
