MLB Opening Day OOTP Update?
 

I know many online leagues are waiting and holding off for Opening Day update to happen. Is this still planned? I know there have been a number of questions about it in the last update thread and no response from any Devs.

Hoping to get some clarity on timing if possible.

We'll have more patches, for sure. It will take a few days to sort through the rosters and get them set up correctly. We'll almost certainly aim for something next week for updated rosters plus more fixes and updates.

Yeah I was looking at this earlier, looks cool. Do you know if it is stable enough to use for a full online league's initial file? Any major bugs or anything that might make it worthwhile to wait for the OOTP update next week?

Sounds good. So, let me ask. If you were starting an online league with 29 other people, would you roll with your CBL file today, or wait for the OOTP update w/ any bug fixes etc that might be contained in it?

Our league is going back and forth on waiting or not.

If your online league doesn't want to wait, CBL does a fine job, or you could use the above as a resource to do some of the work.

Working to put together an opening day roster set based off this file and these transactions.. what does everyone think should happen to those in DFA land?

My thought was to move the players to the teams they ended up on in real life (ex. Canario/Pirates) but wanted feedback before finalizing things.

Would it be better if they all just started on waivers?
