It does work, thanks for the tip, I restarted and am now 4th in takeaways (all my players are 12+ in defensive positions), and 18th in give aways. But I am not scoring as much as a result haha

Nope, we won't get 1, watch as we do what we always do, go on a run to finish with the 12th-15th pick. The worst possible finish, not in the playoffs, but not a top 10 pick. We almost always do that.
