If I switch computers, how do I go about playing the game on the new one? Do I have to release the license on laptop 1, and then download it on laptop 2 and enter my original key?

2022 results are not listed for coaches. It cuts off at 2021. ie Tony La Russa is listed as a White Sox manager in 2021 only, not 2021-22.

Nope. The process of hiring a manager and coaches isn't in the mobile game at all, so you have to be both GM and manager. The only way is to switch the settings as far as I know.
