Thanks for "Jim West", now that brings back some memories - I loved that show!

The Wild Wild West was great, but Baa Baa Black Sheep was a real favorite. Another of Dad's passions was flying, he had a pilot's license and took us up from time-to-time. When that show came out, we had been to air shows at the Old Rhineback (sp?) Aerodrome over the summer and I had just read 'Ragged Rugged Warriors' about similar era american mercenarries assisting the Chinese in their air battles against Japan (late thirties). I have forgotten the aircraft that they were using, but it was a bit like bringing Sopwiths and Faulkers to a Corsair fight, they employed some pretty interesting strategies. Anyway, Dad and I must have watched nearly every episode when the show came out and were both in shock when they pulled the plug on Pappy and the Black Sheep Squadron after such a short time.
Once again, thanks for bringing up Robert Conrad Bear! He has always been a favorite and I had had no idea that he boxed.
