I had to Google him, impressive fellow. He likely had a hand in a few text books that I've lugged around but I am not familiar with him. To avoid misunderstanding, I did not get a degree in religious studies. My degree was in accounting but I managed to squeeze in 12 so credit hours of religious studies. I did attend seminary later in life but not to pursue a degree. I acted as a chaplain with
Transport for Christ International for about 10 years and wanted to tighten a few skills. If anyone looks at that link, I am not in line with them theologically, I was with them because of the ministry area they served - I come from a reformed theology standpoint although I prefer a high church worship style. An evangelical Episcopal church would probably be more my style, but I have always been affiliated with the Reformed Christian Church. (The absurdity of denominations in the Protestant world is a topic that I could go on and on about)
