Clark has seen the world as an opponent, traveling to Poland, Australia, Canada, Germany and Demark. He beat Anibal Acevedo and Donnie Penelton (but who hasn't). He lost a bout for the Polish International LHW title to Tomasz Adamek in Kozience, Poland in 2002. (Presumably, Adamek's handlers could not find a guaranteed win in-country so they imported Laverne.) Clark has been stopped a whopping 15 times in 33 total bouts.
