That's basicaly it Jim. I guestimate where they should be overall, copy a similar fighter, modify the ratings based on the guidlines given in the article on the TBCB home page, then play test and tweek. In the end, judgement is what it boils down to, hence some of my ratings end up not being the best
- but it sure is fun. Give it a whirl, the more raters here the better.
