I've started two separate leagues and gone three seasons in managing (sort of) a minor league team with no problems.

Started another new league, this time starting with a major league team. I was setting my depth charts and the game crashed. No error message appeared so I can't narrow down the reason. If it happens again, I'll note it. Just wanted to get this out there.
