I have logged all of these issues under TT# 1606. Hopefully these will get resolved quickly. I played out probably hundreds of fictional games without seeing this, so I wonder if somehow this ties into historical leagues, or if it was introduced as a bug fairly late in the process? Hmm.

You're right, these are significant issues, though.
