historical sim issues

I've started a historical league from 1970. I've noticed a problem with baserunning. Not enough runners are scoring from second on a 2 out single to the outfield. It seems to be about 40-50% should be 85-95% IMHO, and this shouldn;t depend on runner aggressiveness either. A two out hit to the outfield should score anyone from second unless they're of the Terry Forrster/GregLuzinski school of calorie counting. IMHO

After the first 16 games there have been a total of 3 HBP, 2 in AL and 1 in NL. Seems way low. There should be 8-12 in each league by now.

Had a scoring error on a safety squeeze. I had runners on first and third and Safety squeezed. It was successful in that the runner from third scored. The batter was called out at first on the pbp but after the play, the runner who was on first was still there. He shoulda been on second.
