Lets assume I don't really care if fictional players make the major league rosters, as long as they don't dominate.. Is there a way to set the creationg modifier so that they are competitive, but well worthless? like 40% of normal, or lower maybe? and can you change this, cause i plan on simming until 2000ish and then after that i'll need decent prospects. Also I want a japanesse league and a northern league, can you make it so that those players stay in their leagues, and if you can, can you change that option later on?
