Okay....first off I'm new to OOTP, a friend of mine is talking me through a few things but I came upon a question and he really was not sure of the answer.

So I'm going to build a fictional leauge, (probably 8 teams, 108 schedule - type thing). I want to build my own cities/team names - basically create my own world. My question is....if I turn on financials and players are being signed, etc. through free agency - how will this be effected by the fact that I have totally fictional world? Don't FA make decisions on who to sign with based on city location, etc?
