Slightly different as the ball isn't popped up behind the plate here, but I'm almost positive that's the same message I had last time and it makes just as little sense that a centerfielder would come in on an infield pop up.
Here's the problem . . .

Ever seen a really, really high pop up ( in 56D if you are looking at the Retrosheet ballpark diagram ) that really starts drifting back towards the OF and CF? The 3B good have called it, the ball wandered up above due to wind, and the CF, because it is in front of him, makes a running catch.

Well, my excuse kinda sucks, as the 3B only took a few steps.
