Azamien, I see your point, and that may be a solution. But, that would possibly take many iterations to find the right balance.
I just don't see why we can't have a cash maximum option when there is 'no revenue sharing'. Having a cash maximum, even when the Owner's set the budget, seems to me to be the easiest way to avoid having huge amounts of cash carried over season to season and driving Owner budgets up. That way it just simulates some Owner's pocketing profits from year to year.
