Not sure if this is a bug or not.

How do ratings translate when using a 2-8 scale? I noticed in one of my leagues that not many players are rated an 8 in any of the major categories (hitting or pitching). However, when I change it to 1-100, the same players who are rated 7's in these categories have ratings in the high 90's. Only players rated 100 are rated as an 8.

This is with scouts and coaches off.
