I have come to realize that it is not the play-by-play that is the cause of some of the stupid things that happen in the game, it is how the text is used.

I just had a sinking line drive go for a 433-ft homer!!!!! The very fact that it was a sinking line drive that my CF has to charge implies that the in game AI is seriously out of whack, and leading to a great deal of frustration.

I know I am not alone on this matter, and I'm sure many of us would appreciate some assurances that serious in-game AI issues are being taken care of.
