I pre-ordered the game and installed it on my pc, but then my pc's motherboard breaks down & i just got my brand new replacement from dell, so now when i tried to redownload the game and install it once again, i get an error message saying it did not recognize the order number.....error code 501??
what do i do???????? help please!!
