As for the 3-man rotation I think if you have the 3 man rotation set it pretty much will use the highest rested starter cuz the guys just never recover enough... then again I haven't tested this too much.

Using the Arod/Garlon DB puts SB numbers very much back in line with what they should be in the early years, even a tad low in sime cases.
