If its a healthy number, then just check some vets and see if their service time reported is not in sync with how many seasons they have played.
It's possible that the "Possible Free Agents" report cannot correctly predict who's going to be an actual free agent, because your players aren't playing as many days in a season as they would in a 162 game schedule....

21 seasons simmed. Jackson is 31 and has 10 years of service time so that sounds about right. is 25 and has 5 years of service time so thats about right considering he was injured for 11 months.
