I would urge anyone reading this to simply download the full Mac version from the rapidshare link, instead of the patch. That seems to be working well for most people.
Unfortunately, we're well into "Europe folks aren't available" time, so licensing issues that need Marc's help may have to wait until tomorrow.
Does this sound about right to those of you who have had success?

should we still trash the original folder before reinstall the full game? and do i need to manually move the esellerate key from old folder to the new install?
