Satanic, this was discussed yesterday and I think they are going to address it. The problem occurs when you create a custom view that mixes ratings with stats (as yours has clearly done). When that happens, the scouting button sits on top of the splits button, but only the splits button is active. As a temporary workaround, simply switch the view to one of the standards, change your scout, and then switch back.
