I would rather see them age for a few reasons.
1. I just think it would be cool to look at a hall of famer and see that he is 62 or something.
2. If Markus brings back players unretiring to this version, I sure hope they don't come back 2 years later at the same age they were when they left.
3. I would rather the actual stat-line for each season for a player show the age, I just think it would be a better place to track their career. BBPro is an example, look
here.
