Since it involves eLicense this may not be the forum for this (if it's not, please let me know where to proceed with this query).

I have one of my OOTP 2006 installs on a Windows Vista Beta 2 computer. It runs just fine, but today I went to unlicense the game so I can put it on a laptop for a weekend trip and discovered that the eLicense Control icon that that should appear in the Windows Control Panel doesn't appear. I can find no other means of unlicensing this copy of the game, nor can I find a file or folder from which I might be able to manually launch the eLicense Control.

Any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated!
