I have tried every which way but loose to install the 1.0.2 patch, but keep coming up with the same error:

This is most likely the reason for my game recently deciding to crash every time I have attempted to play. I want to re-install the game from scratch, but I can't seem to a) uninstall the original version (my system does not recognize its existence) or b) install the new version without the installer locking up every single time.

This is extremely frustrating, considering I was able to play the enitre month of June without a single problem, and not the whole kit and kaboodle has corrupted itself on me.

Please, if there is ahyone out there who can help me, I beg of you. My game is literally unplayable. I want to be able to enjoy this game again, but I can't do that until I can reinstall the software.
