I'm finding the most recent patch to be the buggiest yet. When I try to manage games (as opposed to quick sims), I crash every time I click on the leave game button. This is after the game has been completed, and I've been taken to the box scores automatically.

When I pinch hit for anybody, the player I pinch hit for is returned to the starting lineup once the team takes the field again.

I've had 2 minor league managers, both with multi-year contracts remaining, disappear in the middle of the season with no notification.

I've got one player who has been duplicated -- same name, same stats, same ratings. Both versions of the same guy are now on my team.

We're going backwards here...
