Whenever I try to start a new game (even after un- and re-installing it) the window that says "Creating Schedules" keeps hanging at 62%. I know I should have patience, but then I already showed it! Last night I wanted to start a new game and I let it load for the entire night. I came back to it after nine hours and despite my 3.2 GHz processor and 1 GB on 500MHz RAM, it still wasn't finished! Worse: it was stuck. So, I press Ctrl+Alt+Del to shut down OOTP2006. Before the patch, I was able load a new game.

Is it because I force shut down the program that it's not working anymore or is it because of the patch...?

As I'm speaking... the game is still hanging at 62%.
