Funny, I'd just noted something
similar over in the In-Game Text forum...looks like the error is in how the game counts (or doesn't count) relief appearances, rather than something wrong with the news text itself.
Edit: Ah, I have a hunch...can you check the guy's season stats for the number of Holds that he's been credited with?
