Is it possible to import rookies based on the year they were drafted/signed rather than their debut year? Rather not have guys drafted and go right to the majors hitting 20HR because they did some Ryan Howard (Fred Lynn) type thing. There should be some "development" time.

Also, how many teams do you suggest for a reality-28 team league? 20? 30? the obvious 28? Do things get too deep or thin that way? (no one wants to start Tim Foli, even the Expos)

BTW starting a 1975(ish) and on re-sim, if you are interested, email me (in the profile). Probably have 10-15 owners already locked up from another league.
