I would think unless you have a backup you can go back on... it may be lost forever.
reinstalling OOTP wont do anything i dont think since it appreas to be a problem with your leagues files

The league still sims fine... ran couple season already. and It not just that league any league I open does not show any players. Even my online one. I do not believe I have any view because I have not created any.
