Online League: Financial Wierdness

In DDB, we've run into a strange problem in our first offseason with OOTP 2006.

I'm attaching a spreadsheet that shows a little bit about what I'm talking about.

We do not use either revenue sharing or a cash cap in DDB, yet this offseason several teams gained some revenue from revenue sharing. And every team that had more than $100 million in cash had cash confiscated from them - just enough to bring them down to exactly $100 million in cash, as if we had a cash cap. Those teams are highlighted in red.

In addition, nine teams (in a 24-team league) had media contracts renewed at drastically lower amounts than from the previous season. Teams would drop from $41 million to $9 million, for example. These teams are highlighted in yellow.

Are other online leagues seeing this?
