Here are some instructions put together by Comedian2004. If they don't help, let me know and I can try to explain further.
Go to the screen that you would like a shot of (ex: Lineup screen, player profile, etc.). Hold down the ALT key and then press PRINT SCREEN. Nothing will happen that you can see, but it will copy the screen to the clipboard. Now you can open your favorite paint program (Microsoft Paint) and paste it in there using the edit paste or control-v.
Now you will want to make the screen shot a little smaller, so it is not as big in disk size, since we are only allowed to post smaller than 100K here.
If you do not have any programs to do this, Paint will work fine. You will find it under PROGRAMS - ACCESSORIES. Load it and hit EDIT PASTE and then use the MARQEE to square off the important part of the picture. Select EDIT COPY from the menu and then hit FILE NEW and then EDIT PASTE again. Now you can save this smaller version as a JPG or even a PNG file to post here. Give it a unique name when saving it, as this fancy forum won't let you use the same file name that you used before.
