I don't know if there is an easier or quicker way to use templates from OOTP 2006 but here is what I did:

I imported a game from a standard MAL from OOTP2006 that I was using. But I didn't want to continue with that game.I only wanted to use the template, where I named all MLB teams and their minor league affiliates along with Truth Serum's logos.

I started a league unemployed in Commisioner Mode OOTP 2007 but I cannot sim past June 17th. I always get this:



If I keep clicking OK I will get this:



And this:



The error messages will repeat by clicking OK and I cannot get out of this window. I cannot look at the rosters to see what happened. I have to close out the game through the task manager (running XP MC).

I'm guessing the minor league rosters are being emptied out on this date? But this only happens when I use my template from OOTP 2006 in the manner I mentioned. The errors won't occur if I just sim a Standard League in the wizard window.

Am I doing something wrong with the way I'm using my template from OOTP 2006? Is there an easier way to import the proper MLB team names? And why would the game always freeze on June 17th?
