Mattingly never did well for me in OOTP 2006. He might have a year or two approaching .300 with 20+ homers and then plummet. Whatever the import metric is obviously doesn't give any extra weight to players whose nickname is the game itself. It's kind of sad to see a guy named "Donnie Baseball" hitting .184 in AA.
