bigfly, I have also e-mailed e-license's support to try to get an answer for you. The licensing of the game is handled entirely by e-License, and not by SI, so the best I can do right now is to also send messages to e-License and hope they respond. (Marc Duffy is currently out of the office, so I suspect he won't be responding, although to be frank, all he can do is contact e-License as well.)
Did you send your messages to
support@elicense.com, or did you find another address? This problem seems pretty peculiar, because most people feel they are very responsive. I can only suspect that your messages somehow haven't gotten to them.
I'm very sorry, I understand you must be very frustrated. Please don't give up, I'm doing everything in my limited power to get an answer for you! Please don't miss out on a great game because of a licensing problem! We'll get it fixed!
