As I quick simmed, I noticed that two of my players were injured for more than two weeks, and one player who I had put on the DL was no longer hurt. I was not notified about any of these. Yes, the settings were there to notify me of those, as you can see in the image below.

2.037 version, have save game. I should note that I've played other games that DID NOT have this problem (i.e. I got the e-mails I requested), so I don't know if it would repeat if I started the game over. But much as I hope it doesn't repeat in this particular game, it seems likely to.
