Just a heads up, I remember reading a post the other day saying that they read the tech posts from the bottom post to the top, so everytime you bump it up you are actually making it harder on yourself, having to wait a longer time. I have encountered the same problem as well, but am just informing you on how you are making the process longer on yourself.
