I ran into the exact same problem. soooo, lucky for you : Been here, done that, have an answer !
1. On the top left of the screen, you can choose the league. Select the one you want to work on.
2. To the left of the "Recent" tab will be a tab callled "
League Teams". Select one.
3.You should be taken to the teams "home page", but if not - select it (tab on the far left)
4. On the home page, there are two tabs (Home Page AND Options & Ballpark), select Options & Ballpark.
5. From there, in the middle of the left column, you will see "Edit colors, logos & uniforms" !
6. Have at it !
** Note. You don't have to repeat all these steps each for each team. Once you finish a team, just repeat step #2 to get a new team - and you will be taken to the new teams "Options & Ballparks" automatically.
