You don't need to pay again, never ever do that please.
Now there are several possible solutions for you:
1) Search for the app ootp2007. Probably you'll find several copies of it. Install the patch into the folder where you find the oldest version of that app.
2) If you don't care about downloading 70 MB, just load and install this file:
