Well, they should be in the \data\templates\ folder (I have 709 .tpl files in there, if that helps)...if they're not, I can only suggest reinstalling the game as I don't think they'll be auto-regenerated.

BTW, I'm a bit confused by your mention of the Lahman database as that shouldn't have any bearing on OOTP's template files...did you try to set your Lahman folder as the OOTP data folder, or something like that?
