I used the fitional MLB-style template that shipped with the game, complete with all minors and feeder leagues. I decided that was a bit too unwieldy, and after a season deleted all but the Majors, AAA and AA. That seems to be about when the CTD's started on saving the league. I then decided to try adding Single A. No joy.
