let me explain, in football manager if you fill with 0 a rating, its a random one
so maybe if you put -1 for example can be a rating from 1 - 5 -2 for 6 - 10 etc.., so that way you can create a figther and have random rating, so you dont know exactly how good it is, until his prime, or sometihng like that
