It may be that some of the table templates were messed up somehow.
Try deleting all files in OOTP's \data\tables\ folder or move them somewhere else (in case that's not the problem, so you can put them back in). OOTP should recreate its default files upon the next start.
Note: You will lose all customized views and filters if you do that.
