You'll have to unlicense the game on the second computer in addition to deinstalling it, I think. The shortcut to do that is normally in the SI folder in your Start Menu, but if you've already uninstalled it may be gone. (Alternatively, check your Control Panel for the eLicense Control; that may still be there even if the game is gone.)
If neither is available, you can probably get it done by installing the game again (it should recognize your previous license), running the unlicense, then deinstall.
