Yes, it sounds like a piece of cake, but of course it isn't
Furthermore it's too much work for too little benefit, because there are not many people who have the 2nd player (or 3rd, 4th and so on) at home. If I would add multi player gaming, then I would add something which works across the web. I have that on the list, but not for the first version of the role playing game, because it's just too much work.
