The contact rating is a calculated rating based on the other two ratings so you are not going to be able to edit it directly. I don't know anything about the conversions of old versions to this version but I am pretty sure that some ratings changing from version to version should be expected. You can't adjust the scale with which you input, you can test it and figure out what the conversions are though and then you'll know what to enter for each rating.
