Sorry, guys. You're stuck with us volunteers for now, and it's clear that we've gotten overwhelmed and far behind on acceptable Tech Support response time.
The best way to ensure a response is to provide as much detail as you can in your post, and try to look into the particular situations when your problem does and does not occur. It can literally take hours of effort to draw out information from someone who doesn't do any exploration on their own, and unfortunately most volunteers don't have that time.
If you've got some sort of issue with the game crashing, it will usually save a step if you FTP your saved game files as outlined here:
