We have a rule in Tech Support that says that requests that have gone more than 3 days awaiting a response from the customer will be closed. This thread fits that bill, so I'm going to go ahead and marked this issue as "closed."
On the other hand, your comment about split-season schedules has been noted as a suggestion for the next version of the game. (You weren't the only one to mention it.)
